Yes, for me you have to fold in this spot. Fine if you can be sure first raiser is going to just call, but not knowing his action you certainly can't call here. If i was feeling frisky I might reraise depending on my knowledge of the players in the hand, but I hate a call here because you are just in a call and fold if the person that opened the pot 4bets. Wait for better spots IMO.
