just typed out a very long post and the "happy hour" message has taken over my screen

is there anyway of recovering my post? i click ok on the pop up and nothing happens

Ctrl + A to highlight all of your text

Ctrl + C to copy 

Ctrl + V to paste

Don't know whether that'll actually work or whether it'll just copy and paste the pop-up - worth a try though.
