Should i have shoved pre, on the flop or fold turn?
My notes on him says he's loose and checks when misses.

I wouldn't say it's easy at all, I would have struggled to find it too. How had he been playing before this hand, did his play suggest the raise was to take the pot or had he only been playing hands when he was certain there was something in it for him. 

If he had been quiet for ages then the fold would be much easier but from what I know, I'd be tempted too!

Looks pretty good to me. 

Although bet more on flop for value so like £1.30.

Also bet turn more, like £2.90.

Dietchips he was playing most hands and i had won a couple of bigish pots from him earlier and thought he was trying it on. I personnally think i should have folded based on the info i had on him but its hard to let this hand go.

O well plenty more fish in the sea!
