Flop choice 20bb deep TPMK. Check, bet or jam?

No info on villian really, but hit the flop just about as well as I could have hoped except to have two clubs as well. What choice you making? I thought this was fairly simple, but thought I'd get some feedback.

This deep can't fold if raised on wet board with lots of draws out.

Yeah in the end I decided to just shove the flop, as did consider a 700-800 bet, but doing so would be just the same as a shove in his eyes, and maybe a shove would look more of a bluff that he might try to pick off with 99 or 1010 etc. Still, was a little surprised when he called and turned over AJ. Didn't improve and so took an early night
