Coach Kendall

Received an email about Coach Kendall tournament and thought that sounded like an interesting opportunity.

However went to register and its full!

Would be nice if the email/promotion actually stated that there is a limit to the number of players!

I guess its probably in the terms and conditions where lets be honest most people don't read!

Great idea Sky but would appreciate it if you would make such terms and conditions more transparent. In fact just checked the terms and conditions and doesn't even state it's only open to the first 1000 peeps that register!
Not good work!

If there's 1000 people, some people don't enter soon enough and miss out, then complain.

If there's over 1000 people, the whole thing lags like crazy, becomes a crapshoot, and people complain about that instead.

    Sky can't win either way.

Fair point to an extent but why does it lag? Other sites don't and they have far more than a 1000 runners.

My point was if sky communicated in their promotion that this was for the first 1000 people to register then they can't fail to win as I for one wouldn't have complained if I had known.

A simple bit of communication and perhaps include it in the t's and c's if people do read these! for these type of promotions would go a long way to ensure sky do win and everyone is aware of the restrictions.

Not rocket science just common sense.
