Yeah its shove or fold really as your preflop raise is so big there is little room for anything else when you get 3bet, as call you'll just be facing a cbet most likely thats going to make the pot to big to get away from, and same if you 4bet pre. so shove or fold.

Assume you went 8x with the raise cus it was very loose table?? Also, guy next sb? Was he button or bb? Must be honest its spots like this that often cost me at a cash table when I make choices early with zero info on the players at my table. I think readless the shove is the right option, but have a feeling you're up against AA or KK lot of the time, and at best AK. I don't think somone is playing JJ and below is playing OOP so to a big UTG raise, but he could I guess, and thats assuming he was BB and not button. Button he could have less and shove I'd find easier choice for sure.

Yeah the table was pretty loose, some strange hands being played for big money too! Couple of hands before id raised £6 with 99 and guy called with 75 hit trip 7's on the flop! Then a guy raised £10 pre then £50 all in on a flop 476, he had pocket K's guy had 64?? So under the gun QQ thought £8 minimum?

I couldnt work out if i was massively out of my depth or if it was just a crazy game?

Anyway with my QQ he had AA and just wanted to know with me being readless and it being a loose table if me shoving was ok? After i sit and think to myself he's raised £21 how can i not see he had AA lol

I know its just probably one of them hands but i like to ask

    He was the button

yeah, well if he was on the button I would find it hard not to shove as I said, but again this is one of my sometimes leaks that I get it in against people early before I have found out that their 3bet range is very nitty etc, as lot of players just don't 3bet much under QQ+ or AK. Also, as its live game shouldn't be completely readless as the guy is sat there in front of you, and unless he is a pro he likely had a whole lot of stuff you may have been able to read off him.

As for the general play. Nah, sounds like a crazy table to be honest. Sure you can see highly skilled players that can play loose as hell, but loose is one of the hardest skills to play well, so chances of a table full of loose highly skilled players seems unlikely. That said, the old saying is if you can't spot the fish at the table in ten minutes its you. So if you couldn't work out the table and who to target best to pick another table or call it a night often. hehe Not sayying you couldn't see who was, but does sound like a wild table that is often there for plucking if you can sort out the targets.

Don't open 8x 70 bb deep with the 3rd nuts if you are ever considering folding ..

    Snap him off

To be honest i did feel like the fish! It wasnt that i wasnt confident in my own play because i was up £60 it was just to much money for me to be playing i think? One guy kept going all in £30 with 78 suited losing then reloading another £30 and all in again! Another guy kept saying he wasnt playing his cards he was playing the odds and calling massive raises with 35! I was thinking money is nothing to you lot here haha i thought you only got that on low stakes tables!
I almost left the table but 2 things made me stay, 1, my mates were still in the tournament and were stacked so id be waiting around doing nothing for 2 hours! 2, the way the table was i drawn into thinking if i can sit around and wait for a big hand i can double up here

Anyway back to the QQ hand i know i made the right move, it was just one of them times i ran into AA! dunno why im asking really if it was the right move i just always like to get feedback of people

Nope you can get bad play at any level, just means they have more money. Thats what pays the bills for lots of pros playing vegas cash tables against whales with big bankrolls but low poker abilities.

And yes, if you playing at stakes you aren't comfortable at its not ideal, as scared money at the table is not a good spot to be in. If they all can reload and you aren't happy to that is something that can be easy to exploit if they spot that fact. Makes bluffing the person easier because they struggle more to call all ins if reloading is an issue. Shame if was case as sounds like it was a table could make a nice whack of money off with a bit of luck with hands.
