Hi Belsibub.

Customer Care would probably not be aware of this, as it was an ad-hoc Ch 865 freebie.

I spoke to the 865 Crew in the last 10 minutes, & have been assured that both you AND Karlluke will be in the Tourney as "Free Entries". The system whereby freebies are entered is not as straightforward as we might wish, for a myriad of reasons.
