Hi, all,

Its not often i put forward a case for someone,but DOLLIE  ( Gordon) who is in the Viva Las Vegas Final is without a shadow of doubt one of the nicest and biggest gentleman on the site....I think we all should get behind him,and support him on this monumental achievement...All sorts of offers have flooded in ,suits are being offered,but above all id like to wish him all the best and fingers crossed for his trip to vegas...

If ever there was a good guy who deserves a bit of luck....this is the man...

I have to be impartial, & wish everyone good luck.

However, it would be rather neat if Gordon binked the package, because it would make JAKALLY feel better, as he would no longer be the oldest guy on the trip.

I pushed the c4p widget to the floor from my measly 8k and found 100k = £6k, pretty much a wsop me buyin. Im sure its not a bad insurance to have even if it must be painful doing it !

But yes dollie is a nice chappie so all the best mate.

Hey, I couldn't let this thread go without making a post.  First of all to Toby (djblacke) a big thank you for creating it in the first place.  Also thank you to everybody else who has taken the trouble to make a post, your words of support mean an awful lot to me.  I know most of you, some I have become friendly with as a result of attendance at various SPT events, and others I have come across on the tables at various times and enjoyed (usually ) a bit of banter.  Hopefully I will meet some of you again at the Nottingham SPT.

It has been quire a month for me.........so far!   My 3rd grandchild was born on the 4th, I qualified for the VLV final on the 6th, my team won the premiership on the 13th and I reached yet another milestone when I celebrated my 65th birthday on the 17th............is there going to be another one to add - who knows?  All I do know is that I will give it my best shot.

Once again many thanks to you all.............and take care.

See you on the tables.

From memory talksport conducted a survey and 89% of footy fans went for Arsenal.
