Build and Bust!

Dont ya just love building you role by playing hard, many many hours at limits your role allows.. 7 days to go from £5 to £40....

then you log in one morning and there are hardly any players online let alone seated so you sit at 0.25-0.50 table and decide to play really tight.. 2nd hand=a,q suited. flop nut flush and someone goes all in,, easy call. then he hits unreal runner runner to take your entire role within 5 minutes of playing.

Rage = unreal, not only did i loose my hard earned role am now in a bad mood, LOL. i say again, FFS !!!

    +1 to this.

Op only has 10 buy ins at nl4 which is nowhere near enough,

To sit at nl50 without 1 full buy in is terrible BRM imo.

It only really hurts if you cant afford to lose the money,

Maybe you could have tried some low bi tourneys? eg £1/2 dym, £2 ds/bh etc.

If you only play cash and theres no one about, come back later.

I agree with above comments. I don't play cash but my bankroll has gone from £40-£130 playing £2-£3 DYMs £3 timed and a few £2-£3 tourneys. Occasionally I do some £5 but until I can get my BR up to 200-250 I won't be playing these too often.

    Bankroll management for the win!

You will never build a roll doing this! Variance is a killer!
