Has everybody received their cash for points for May yet? I thought today was the day what with the Jubilee weekend but still no sign of mine yet. I saw on another post that a couple of players were claiming to have received theirs late last week. Hope Sky haven't forgot about me

Hi Guys

To check if your c4p has been paid, go to my account/account history/ all transactions then click on the dates to/from buttons for the relevant dates.  I had mine paid last wednesday 6th June so you might want to start there especially if you have a lot of daily transactions and do it one day at a time.

If you still can't find it then customer care is your best route.
