Glass Half Full / Half Empty Solution

all this glass half full or half empty guff.  i have something which makes all that positive negative debate superfluous.  i now have a new glass, it is so much bigger.

Technically, if you have a new larger glass, then with the same amount of fluid as before it is in fact more empty than it is full.

Its not the amount in the glass, its the quality of whats inside and whether it suits your preferences that matter! 1/2 a glass of cold premium lager is better than a full glass of warm cheap lager! Also if its half a glass of dandelion and burdock Im not interested!

I really must get a life rather than making posts like this!

Can't recall who said it (poss Oscar wilde?) but the saying I recall which I think relates to pessimism/optimism & poker is..

Technically speaking the glass is never half full or half empty,

it is always full,either with 50% of liquid and 50% of air.....  or 100% of air...

Edit,  Al's Bar always serves short measure.!  During my training I accidentally filled a Glass and got docked wages.?
