Hi Not a big fan of sporting films, however I did thoroughly enjoy Hidalgo. I don't think it falls into your typical sporting film which is probably why I liked it.
My Fav Sport Films are Remember the Titans and Mean Machines! In BH soon so will have to concentrate on that for the 10 mins Im in it so you will just be voices in the background!
If you can squeeze this into the clinic, I'd love to know what James thinks of it. It's from the TV timed tourney this evening:

I'm fairly convinced the shove is fine to claim the 800 chips in the middle and add about 25% to my stack. I didn't think anyone would be limping in this format with such a big hand. It worked out in the end.
Do you think that I'll get enough folds in the long run to make this a +ev shove... When I get called, I'm not likely to be facing KK or AA anyway.
I agree with Raging Bull being the best sports film. It's a really powerful masterpiece. Two other sports films I enjoyed that go down the feel good route but still managing to be funny are The Bad News Bears and the remake Bad News Bears. Posted by AcidMan27
ha ha ha " The Bad News Bears " !!!!! i forgot about that gem and didn't realise there was a remake. it can't be as good as the original, surely ?

Nowhere near as good as the original but still worth a watch.
#533673036 hand history from tonights lucky seven i have been pretty aggro and i think opponent may have had enough he had called flop cont bet and shoved over my turn bets (hence my check on turn) i am raising on the river as a bluff (his bet makes no sense) and im shocked to win when he calls thoughts please
I have to concur with Del560. It is good to see you on the show again Sarah. It's been too long in coming, if you don't mind me saying so. I'm very much enjoying James' analysis as well.
Thanks for showing my hand in the clinic earlier; I'm glad James approved of my play. (If he hadn't approved perhaps I wouldn't be saying that I'm enjoying his analysis, lol)
Great show, guys and dolls. Have a good final hour.
Regarding the last comment on the show about king four, based on playing home games with my friends king four is the nuts. A good few years back one of my friends won consequtive games with king four and beat my aces one of those times. It has become a massive hand whenever we play and the dream is I win the main event with king four!
Loved what I saw of James' analysis (The Timed Tournament), but was falling asleep after an hour or so with all the movie talk so switched the telly off.
Was there less movie chat in the Sky Sports 4 simulcast bit? If so, when are the repeats?

Great analysis as I suspected! We're here to educate! Keep it up - you've got 2 x weeks to get this lot into shape!
