I think so, he's giving you good odds to call, plus you have implied odds as you may be able to stack him if you hit.

Yea when you get two callers or even one here I would be checking the turn as played check calling is ok

Think I check the turn myself as an ace is certainly in their calling ranges(or should have reraised unless its a raggy ace), and C/C from both is not promising sign. And so i don't have an issue checking back for a free card on the turn, as the last thing I really want in this situation is to be raised off my flush and gutshot draw here.

As it was that could have happened as played, as he did raise the turn. However, to answer your question. yes you are plenty deep enough to make the call. And this is why I batter people for making min raises. The guy has given you slightly better than the odds you need for your draw, and thats without thinking about implied odds. So the call is a no brainer on the turn to his min-raise as you got the odds for the call, and may get signifcantly more of his stack if you hit either your straight or flush.
