i had a trifecta up today

i had a trifecta up today 4 horses  = 24 bets combo its a tricast but on the tote i got it up its saying trifecta has not been won well it must of been won because my bet goes into the tote pool i must of been the only person to get it up so going to pay alot i spoke to them on live chat about this they said we have paid u on the exacta i said ? i havent got the exacta i got the trifecta then she said its out of are control im like wtf i want my winnings and not so any 1 know how i can get in touch with the tote people ?

its all sorted they said there was no trifectas in the race so was a blip on there behalf so they gave me a good will gesture

i always do tote bets they pay alot more then forecasts and tricasts well lets just say the exacta paid £60 the straight f/c paid 30 so the trifecta woulda paid couple hundred i reckon yeah sky made a co  k up not happy but they looking in to it but i got a ok good will gesture 2 stick on england 2moro
