    sometimes a break for a couple of days from poker is a good thing.
     i'l usually just watch some poker on tv or read a poker book to get my encouragement and confidence back before i play online again.

     another good thing is if you have money on a couple of sites. if im not doing so well on one site i will switch to get a different 'feel' for the game and this usually works for me aswell. 
     
     for instance i got ko'd close to the bubble in two mtt's on another site and lost a few buy-ins on the cash tables the other day. so i came on sky poker won one mtt and came 3rd in another.

     just do what you feel comfortable with and remember not to play tilted as you might not get to play again till payday lol.

    Ive waited all week to play poker today whilst the wife was a work, i only have a mall bankroll like 20 pounds a month so putting ym money in a tourney is a big desicion for me and ive had the most horrendous 2 hand bust on a 100 pound BH, i had pocket queens bust by a set of 2's and then suited kings beat by a flush on the river, by the way the guy called me with 3-4 hearts, im sure analyzing play and watching the channel and learning has made it worse for me becuase i seem to be getting ruined with all in shoves when im the guy whos making them make the desicions deffinetley need some time off, might take up black jack at least you are in a coin flip every hand and you know where you stand.
