I think you need to understand the basics of poker.

this was the last hand i think of a timed tourny when they were running the time down to get paid.he took a chance and got paid

Pretty standard call in the last minute of a timed tourny and something I have utilised myself on occasions, knowing peeps are shoving to knick the chips at the death.
