Hi all.
Been playing poker since start of year and one thing i haven`t learnt yet is pot odds. Now that i am what do you folks think of the rule of 4 and 2? Hopefully by learning this method should make me a stronger player.

One thing to remember that someone pointed out to me after ages of it not occuring to me...
If you have 9 outs on the flop (say you have a flush draw), you would multiply it by 4 and say that the chance of you hitting is about 36% but that is only true if you get to the river, so you're gonna have to often call a bet on the turn aswell if you want a chance to realise that 36% chance.
So in you wanna know if you have the correct odds to call that one bet, just to see the next 1 card, just multiply your outs by 2 whether it's the flop or turn.
