Todays 8.05pm Bounty Hunter

Could someone please tell what is going on with this whereby people can by in up tp an hour after the official start time.
I spoke to customer services who said it was an experiment started today.
Where was the information either on the site on on the tournament spec prior to the event.
How is that fair?
I have asked for a refund as I have questioned the authenticity of the event.
I'd be happy for any other observatons or qualificayion of the event please

    Happens on most other websites, personally not a fan which is why I joined SkyPoker. You're right though.. there should have been some prior warning if there wasn't.
