Hi everyone
We've created a thread here to help give advice if and when anyone is unlucky enough to have a connection problem. Hopefully it will be useful.
As you know, connection problems are not simple and each case is different. This thread is fairly comprehensive as to what might help. There is also information on how to contact Customer Care, if you still have an issue.
