Don't think I played this right

After I raised after the flop and then got raised against twice I think I should have raised again. Then on the turn when the guy goes all in I think maybe I should have folded as it was probable he had a flush (glad he didn't).

 I think what swayed it was the guy had called off 2/9ths of his stack the previous hand with A high against me when I had 2 pr so I thought he could just be feeling overprotective and he will play with not very strong hands. Against an average poker player though would my call have been correct. Advice gratefully received thanks.
