Clearly you have to be willing on this board to get it all in with T2P, but with no reads on villian have to wonder what he is on here. Either he is going mad with TP with random kicker or he limped a big hand like KK etc. Hopefully not a set, but either way no real choice but to get it all in of course.
Anyway your only question was should you flat the 3bet. No reason to if he is happy to 3bet your reraise. I guess you could, as still a chance you can get stacks in later, but don't think it overly matters doing it here given his action.
