    Hi guys,

    Great show as always.
    The covering of hole cards is a good idea, unfortunately not been able to put the guy on the hands he had.

    Here's a few Olympic events for you and the rest of the team to compete in:

    Dodge The Bullets - 100m dash whilst being shot at with paintballs
    Runner Runner - 2 man, pass the batten relay
    Under The Gun - Limbo type event
    Raise the Pot - Wieght lifting, but with a pot.
    Cracking the Nuts - Race to crack as many nuts as possible before the dodge the bulletts race ends

    I don't know much about olympic events but the Sky poker team must be responsible for the 110 mertre hurdles!
    It's the only event with a rake! one hundred + ten
    I know Richard told Tikay he was entered in the event and acommodation would be provided.
    But could you please ask him to stop covering Rest Home signs in the vicinity of the Sky Studios with Olympic Village signs!

    Evening Rich & Ryan,

    Great show as always - been watching during my DYM grind.

    I'm about to play in the SPT semi @ 9.30pm - managed to qualify for it by binking a royal flush on Monday & won it via the promotion running on the forum - thanks Sky!

    I'm also going to play in the DTD £500k deepstack on 1st Sept as part of my Team Sky poker package - if Ryan or anyone else is interested in going halves on a hotel for that, please PM me or reply to my thread on the forum.

    Nice idea with blanking out the cards, gl for the rest of the night!

    i like what you doing at the moment working out type of player but lets be honest most players fall into the categorys wreckless or terrified. i cant believe im watchin people bet min into big pots and others calling raises all the way with 2 random cards.

    i agree with what richard said earlier i think i too have given people too much credit and folded when maybe i should be calling after watchin the last 2 hours

    these days im not so good at check giving up... but at least i didnt bluff jam the river into the nuts... the reason i bet 1500 on the river is to get flush draws to fold... is this a bad line i have taken throughout the hand.. i guess so lol

    Playing my first SPT Semi for Nottingham tonight, managed to get in for £8, really wanting to go to the grand final but way out of my bankroll unless I can get in cheap so fingers crossed!

    Just went on break and I'm 8th out of 20...   (27 started)

    544935438 (primo hand i probably should not of called the reraise, but like you i seem to be giving the opponent credit fo a better hand and not letting my instincts go for it. this is probably the third hand against the same person tonite so i am beginning to wonder. had a bad run lately and letting it influence me a lot. comments please

    Rich. Can i be the first to say i dont like the coverage of hands while covering the hole cards.

    Imo it gives a massive advantage to the player who can see his cards and a massive disadvantage to the other 5 players who are playing blind :)

    Cheers for the mention, it was a pretty sick call that took me out.

    Think we were 5 handed, and a 20BB stack min-raised in EP, folded to me on the button, and I rejam my 20BB with A8 and get looked up by QT... river is a Q :(

    Dunno if I'll be playing more to be honest, cos even alot of £8s rack up quickly, but oh well.

    I'm rubbish at these creative things. The only events I could think of were angle-shooting and chip-mountaineering and mountainerring isn't even an Olympic sport. It might not even be a sport.

    Good show tonight Dan, Richard and Ryan... apart from the first hour which was tosh. lol

    And how did Carlo do in Vegas & how is the tango man not seen or heard anything since that caption contest picture?
