check this out, this is why we all love ( and hate) poker.....although right now im hating it!! but ill recover....
blinds 0.50 and £1, cant remember who was playing.
only my 4th hand at the table i limp UTG with AA and £100, the big stack raises to £4 with about £245. i make it £12 and he calls. im putting him on maybe AK, though unlikely with my AA. so ,maybe KQ suited or QQ etc....
anyway, the flop is K99, and i check coz i put him on AK or KQ at best to check-raaise all in, he bets £17, i go all in and he has 10 9!! am fuming but thats the variance of the game i suppose....
no way could i put him on the 9 surely???

Don't limp UTG with aces and let raggy hands in behind you. If he flats your raise at least you're not going broke when he shoves on the turn.

good  moove  limping  utg  with  aa   because  your  1st  to  act  and  your wanting  a   raise  u got   thats  were  u  made  your  mistake   u  should  re raised  all  in

Although his first action is a limp do you not consider the re-raise pre flop to £12 to be showing how strong he is?

Thats just a question and not saying your wrong by the way lol

P.S in gerneral i agree, i don't limp in with Aces
