    Medal table and full results now updated in original post after todays Beach Volleyball.

    DYM Legends have pulled out a very useful lead with just four events remaining, very well done to the bikini clad DYM ladies in taking a really closely fought gold medal.

    Medal table and results now updated after tonights Open Water Swimming event.

    With just two events to go, Team DYM Legends have taken a commanding lead at the top of the medal table and barring a total disaster look nailed on take overall victory.

    Behind them though the battle for silver and bronze is still very tight with 5 teams still able to take the silver, it's still all to play for going into tomorrows boxing.

    Please note a few teams still need to submit their entries for the last couple of events.

    MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Team DYM Legends who with one event to go are now unasailable at the top of the medals table.  Fitting that a team who have got right behind the idea and have been really supportive and played with a great fun spirit throughout should come out victorious.

    After a superb GOLD merdal today, Team Poker Titans move themselves into 2nd place, but with HitSquad A and Team 51 just 2 & 3 points behid respectively, the 2nd and 3rd places are still very much all to play for in tomorrows final event the Marathon.

    MEDAL RACE

    Now that the full schedule of Olympic Events has been completed and we have our victorious teams, there is a small matter of awarding prizes to individuals in the sucessful teams.  This will be done in the form of a MEDAL RACE.

    All individuals that took part in the competition for one of the top three teams will be invited to enter the 19.45 £1.10 Deepstack tournament on Tuesday 14th August.  The prizes will be awarded as follows:

    GOLD MEDAL - £22.00 Bounty Hunter entry
    SILVER MEDAL - £11.00 Bounty Hunter entry
    BRONZE MEDAL - £7.77 Lucky Sevens entry

    The GOLD medal will be awarded to the highest finishing member of the 1st place team - DYM Legends
    The SILVER medal will be awarded to the highest finishing member of the 2nd place team - Team Poker Titans
    The BRONZE medal will be awarded to the highest finishing member of the 3rd place team - HitSquad A

    great work by the organisers of the whole thing now to the tourni for tommorow night which i feel should of been played where everyone can take part ie a sunday evening i for one cant take part in this tommorow as working i feel it should of been discussed when this should happen

    Unfortunately it's never going to be possible to find a time that's agreeable to everyone, if I asked 30 of you I'd get 30 different answers.  I DID post on Facebook asking for input and got zero response so I made the decision myself which I think is the best way to deal with this.

    It's just a bit of fun anyway and the prizes are not exactly going t be life changing for whoever wins them, just a nice way to finish the thing off.

    And finally - A BIG THANKYOU to the Legend that is Tikay who kindly agreed to sort out the prizes for this.

    An epic tussle for the prizes tonight with six Olypians making the cash and Waller 02 going on to take 2nd overall.  Very unlucky for 18and5time who got disconnected at the worst possible time which may or may not have affected his chances to take the gold medal.  But incredibly well done to Adey1984 who was literally down to a bowl of rice just before the bubble and managed to cling on to it and spin it up to a very creditable 18th place and a GOLD medal!

    Also a mention for the incredible performance from Team Poker Titans to finish with 3 players placed in the top 7 places from a 144 runner tournament, they really battled hard for that silver medal!

    So to bring the Olympics to a close here are our MEDAL RACE prize winners:
