30NL Hand In General Help Please

No reads on opponent, however have 3 bet quite alot of hands during the session

 

1. Should I make my decsion after the flop raise either to fold or shove ?

2. Once the turn comes and the way I have plaued it with PTSR is it an auto call ?

Dont know how or why opponent turned up wit the hand he had was expecting 10J/JK/JQ/AJ most occasions with QQ rarely 

Help much appreciated on anything including Bet sizing, line etc

sometimes I maybe fold turn but I doubt it

Why are u 3betting pre?

I sometimes check back that flop, betting fine though. I would prob jam over flop raise, don't like calling

Turn is a fold unless he's a tilt monkey
