Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let everybody know that the 'SPT Super Sat' that we trialed on Friday evening, will now be a regular fixture in the tournament lobby up until the SPT Grand Final on September 8th.

The Satellite works in a 'winner takes all' format and costs just £9.00 for the chance to win a £330 Grand Final seat!

The Super Sat will run every single night at 8:45pm. So get yourself to the lobby and I'll see you in Nottingham at the start of September!

Just to reinforce that message, this Satellite has a £330 SPT Grand Final Seat GUARANTEED, no matter how few players enter, and is CAPPED at 40 runners, so is a one way value street.
 
Late Reg WILL apply, for the first FOUR Levels.

But Late Reg Wont work if it has reached its 40players? Or once a player gets knocked out then you can late reg?

Correct. I would assume it is capped at 40, so if 40 had registered, no more would be permitted to join.

It is more probable - I would think - that far less than 40 Register most evenings (remember, it will run 7 nights a week until further notice), & so it will not be relevant, & Late Registration will be an option.

There were complaints about sats being 1/10, these are 1/40, gonna make for some epic grumbling!!!!!!!!
I'll give one of these a spin as I can play my normal game instead of normal sat strategy, cos normal sats bore the bejebus out of me!!!!!

There would be complaints no matter how they were structured, Carl, because lots of people think differently, which is a good thing.

Trying different things, however, has to be a good thing, or it is in my opinion.

Yeah I think it's great, the more options the better. People can play one particularly type, or none, or all, whatever they choose. But the more options there are, the more chance as many people as possible will be happy.

I have to try these cos, due to the Olympics, I have/am working all the Sundays bar one(didn't make it yesterday) when the normal  weekly sats are running. These should be fun as it's all up top and therefore my normal agrressive game can come out,cos this passive malarky normal sat strategy does my head in!!!!!!
