why does this seem to happen all the time, sky generating poor hands into monsters, it makes me mad

pre flop its a big hand, fact, thats why most good players raise with it.

and on the flop 7 3 is crushed

Agreed, most good players raise with it but they certainly don't open shove with 35bbs. Look at your own play before criticising others, as most times here, you're only getting called by hands that beat you and if everyone folds you win 120 chips. A long term losing play methinks.
