Live stream not working

Mine hasn't worked properly for months.  So i never even bother trying to watch anymore.

You know that there are two problems with the 'Live' stream?

• The Sky box it runs off needs replacing.
• The web feed sometimes 'freezes' or loses position.

+1 NOT working for me either!  I've tried IE & chrome - nada! ;-(

I emailed skyopen@bskyb.com asking them about the problem. 

I received the response "Working on this now!". I'm sure they're trying their best. At least it's getting looked in to
