Sorry but they are awful
After not been entered into the 4k BH I won a sattalite to and having to go through 3 different people ( one guy ended the chat when i said the tourney starts in 5 mins)  to finally get put in to the tourney 15 mins after it started I was then told it was my fault and that i was in all the time. (Then why did i not sit at a table until 21.15 a full 15 mins after it started)
I have been playing on here long enough to know when i am in a tourney or not.
If it is not on their list of problems they do not have a clue what they are doing . I was expecting an apology and got a "we did nothing wrong". #neededtorant

were your blinds down when you arrived at the table?

if so it could just of been a glitch that never came up on their systems.

I had the full starting stack when i sat down.
Yes they most certainly did.
You are right I should apoliogise I have no idea what i am doing. 25+ hours a week on here for over a year and i still dont know if i am registered for a tourney or not.
Over it now but it definately did effect the MTTs I was playing while trying to explain my situation to someone who does not have a clue about Poker or satallites or owning up to their mistakes.
