WHERE ARE THE REBATES OR THE SOFTWARE UPDATE
So are we going to fix the software anytime soon?
OR are you going to start giving rebates for all the times the issues occur and cost us money?
I've obviously just folded top set with no draws out. THAT IS CHEATING IT'S CALLED COLLUSION. except it's sky poker doing it by just randomly lagging out, it's been ridiculously slow today and this is hardly the first time it's cost me
£>100.
Adding up the number of times the stupid betting glitch has wagered the bulk of my stack and how often it times you out before you can act in any way i'm very sure it's cost me >£1k.
Any danger?!

If you are a priority member Beane. (assume u are?) .. call the priority customer care line... you should have more joy that way and and u can request a call back from mr boss.

You go business class on a flight, you will get treated better than if you went economy.
You go to a posh restaurant and you're David Beckham, you'll get treated better than if I turn up.
The people in priority spend a ridiculous amount in rake on the site and arguably, rightly deserve more attentive treatment. In a given month, I might give Sky £100 in rake, some players give them £1000s every month. I won't complain if they get more benefits.
Hi beaneh, The random logging out happens to me if i play at home between 8pm and 10pm. Can happen bout 8 times in this period. I was putting it down to an internet problem, which BT have admitted too. Ive not played other sites, i mite do so to see if its just sky poker, cause i do notice no lights go out on my modem when it happens.
I gather that some people are getting these problems at all times of day. I found switching from a wireless connection to an ethernet cable direct from my pc to the modem gave me a far more stable internet connection. The downside is I can only play poker in one location in my house
The answer for anyone with a query like this (priority or not) is to speak to customer care.

When you join the priority club u get an e-mail with their direct contact number. The priority manager has resolved a couple of issues for me previously (unrelated to this)

Not to be silenced and ushered out of the shop when you dare complain that you feel you are not being treated fairly and compassionately. If you go through the proper channels and your case/issue hasn't been treated to your satisfaction then it is a fact of life that we shout it out for everyone to hear, that way we gauge whether it is a one-off or if it is endemic.
I honestlyy believe that all this closing of threads of genuine grievances is doing more harm than good to this community and Sky bsb being a reputable company, should continue to encourage such debate openly........Billy.
im not a big player so sky prob aint even noticed... the only way they will is if a few of the clique (bigger players) did the same!!
the software lets you down and all you get from cs is "no one else was affected at the table therefore it is your pc fault not ours"
