Issues With Late Reg

am i the only 1 having issues with the late reg i.e the tournament not opening for a couple of mins and loosing some blinds?

    i raised this with support a couple of times had to wait 30 mins to get into the roller semi the other day by which time the blinds had gone up 6 levels...that said i did get a refund on my buy in
    the problem is it only seats you if there are seats available at a table or someone goes out
