What percentage chance did my opponent have here?

We were all in preflop.

I had Ah Qs.

He had 9c 9h.

Flop came 7d Qd Qh.

According to pokerstove, there is 0% chance of tie.  (I agree).  

But it says I had 92.6% chance and my opponent 7.4%.

Why is it that high.

I calculate that there are 45 cards left.

His first card has to be one of the two 9s, and his second has to be the other.

So I make it 2/45 x 1/44 = 0.001

So about 0.1%.

What am I missing?

He/she made it, btw.  Hence the question

At least you can say you lost to quads (although he would have won with 9s full without the river anyway).
