I think you've posted wrong information about the river.

    definitely raise pre.
    bet the flop.
as played I bet river bigger

    Raise pre

I'd usually bet flop, checking ok though

    Bet turn bigger

    Bet river bigger.

As played if he raised river I would fold

Can I ask why you've played a strong hand on a strong flop so passively HU?

i go on feel paul and i felt if i chek this flop it disguises my hand if i lead out its either oh he has a ace or a bluff

You've checked the BB though, you've allowed him to limp so he could have virtually anything and you could have literally anything.

Would you never bet this flop with a 66, 77, 45, 89, 88, 99, TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA. Granted you shouldn't checked a fair few of them hands from the BB, but then you shouldn't have checked A8 either so I dunno.

Also if as you said he's capable of raising with air, all the more reason to value bet your strong hands, let him bluff off when you've flopped TP.

Plus, you wanted to disguise your hand, you've done that by checking, then betting really weak twice, AND you know he can raise this air, so surely this is what you wanted? Don't slowplay if you don't intend to call when someone tries to bluff.
