Any 1 else getting problems today on cash tables?

I have tried to sit down on a cash table keep gettin a error message saying it seems u have insufficiant poker points for this tournament buy in as such u will be unable to participate in this particular event ? what the heck i wanna play cash and wont let me

    Cash has been working fine for me, except for the fact that i keep giving my money away.

    i just phoned them up strange they said i had -13 poker points thats y i couldnt play anything i am not happy coz they have restted it to 0 points so i can play but i had over a 1000 points in my account to pay freerolls with etc now cant play anything what the heck

    hi tikay i know i shouldnt moan on here it is for customer care to deal with but they are clueless im sorry to say sky poker great customer care think a child could do there job tbh     belsibub i tried to register for a mtt and play 10nl cash games wouldnt let me kept coming up error  message saying it seems u have insufficiant poker points for this tournament buy in as such u will be unable to participate in this particular event  they have swiped all my poker point i have 0 for some reason yesterday i checked had over a 1000 altho i dont play freerolls that much kinda harsh taking them away the reason i couldnt play anything they said i had -13 points which u can never get lol  how can u get minus on ya point just impossible rant over

    Are you sure it wasn't saying 'insufficient funds' ;) lol.

    Only joking Donk, but yeah if you think CC is bad, then coming to the forum is worse because there's literally nothing anyone on here can do for you. Definitely try Customer Care.

    Hi,

    I was not suggesting you were "moaning", not at all - only that Customer Care is the only route to resolve it, NOT the Community.

    I must add, I think it rather sad, & rude, to suggest that Customer Care are "clueless". Disgruntled or annoyed Clients - especially when "ranting" - are not exactly the easiest people to deal with rationally. 

    Customer Care (in any sphere, not just poker) is an incredibly difficult job, thankless, & they are just regular people, with regular jobs, like you & me, trying to do their job well. It's a shame they are so maligned.
     
    They are trained, but they are not poker players as such, so sometimes a little patience & tolerance would help ease the path to a quicker resolution.

    Remember, too, that players come on here & insult them regularly, but they have no right of reply, they are not permitted to respond, so they are defenceless to suggestions that they are "clueless". 

    I do hope you get sorted to your satisfaction - but it's is possible that either you have not explained it very well, or that they have correctly explained the position.
