There's so many draws he could have on that flop and you're so likely to be ahead to be ahead at that point.
EDIT: Don't think it's a tricky spot to be honest, if you're rolled for the level, which there's no way you are especially as it's Omaha, then you should be happy trying to get it in on this flop. Because it's a drawing, the majority of value in PLO is gonna come on flop and turn when people will pay to draw, once you get to the river, people don't tend to not call much with marginal hands. So you charge people to draw in spots like this and just shrug it off when you get outdrawn because it will happen lots... hence why you need a big roll for PLO
So you decide to flat call the flop when you flop the 2nd nuts and it's a very drawy board when he likes to call with marginal draws??
