just thought i'd give sky a little mention as they gave me £20 yesterday as it was my birthday. all i had to do was deposit £20 into my account,which i did. it's not very often that i or many others have good things to say about sky poker so on this occasion i thought that it was worth the mention. (* *) ^ devNice, it's my birthday next week (hint hint).

It was my birthday in august and sky gave me a £5 bonus which i was very happy with at the time but now i've seen your bonus i'm thinking i've been the victim of a cleric error.
Surely sky value all of their customers equally and i can expect the second part of my bonus to arrive in the next couple of days.
I'll be looking out for the e-mail. ;-)

I've earned sky thousands and thousands of pounds over the years, been in the priority club for roughly 2 of the last 2 and a half years. I slip out of the priority and instead of recieving £50 like priority members, i recieve nothing. Well not nothing, a free £5 if i deposit £5. Why would i deposit £5 ???
I then find out other people are receieving greater sums . e.g Dev £20
I'm pretty sure Dev has never been in priority and creates much less rake than i do for Sky.
When in priority i was very greatful to recieve my £50 bonus last year, and was very greatful to recieve a nice gift around xmas time.
But... If i was in Tesco and a nice lady was handing out £20 notes to people (Who shop less than me), and then gave me only £5. I would soon shop elsewhere . Catch my drift.
People moaning about ONLY being given £5 for free, bonkers!
But on the flip side, as Tikay said, it's not in any Ts & Cs and is all discretionary so no-one knows how they work it out, or even if there's a system, and it's free money after all.
EDIT: Didn't know you got a little Xmas pressie + £50 on your birthday for being in priority :P Something to look forward to I guess lol... when I've moved up the levels in cash, I should find it alot easier to make priority.

you are right,i have never been in proirity.
beggining to wish i'd never put this post up now,as it is obviously becoming a sore talking point for some.
as for myself,i never asked for this bonus and as it goes it was more by luck than anything that i spotted it on my e-mail as i can sometimes go weeks without reading them.
also when i 1st joined sky i didn't realise that i needed to sign up to receive c4p and i missed out on £15 bonus there because of it.
so in a way,i perphaps see this as some sort of retribution.
