I think a fold is the order of the day.
One of them must have A's or K's.
In this situation in a DYM, one or two players could go out and you still have a resonable stack to go on to cash.

As it's DYM and 2 are likely to be ko'd or close to being ko'd...i'm happy to fold and be 2nd in chips...plus i'm always relieved to have an excuse to bin my jacks!

could not agree more with the above. This would be the quickest fold ever for me. Whilst on the bubble of a dym recently with 2 all in from similar size stacks i folded QQ. Dyms as you know are not about winning hands and getting lots of chips but making sure you are still ther when only 3 are left. A fold in this situation would probably leave you in the bubble period with a very playable stack.

I think that in a DYM the CORRCET play is to fold and that is what I would do, but i have a nasty feeling you called.
Why, well you would still be left with just over 1000 chips and you could, in one hand close the game out.
Am i close ?

WHAT SIZE WERE THE TWO FOLDERS STACKS AS THIS WOULD NEED TO BE CONSIDERED.
JUST FROM THE INFO YOUVE GIVEN I THINK IN CALLING IF YOUR HAND HOLD UP YOUVE CASHED IF NOT YOUVE STILL GOT 1000 CHIPS PLUS UNLESS THE GUY WITH 1650 WINS SOME CHIPS BACK FROM SIDE POTS EXCETERA

I'm agreeing with the majority here Phil, these babies are being mucked in double quick time. with 3 all ins from 3 reasonably similar stacks chances are 2 are gonna go out leaving you in a reasonable position to cash & as far as I'm concerned DYM is all about 3rd place.

I folded - although was tempted with 1000 odd chips still left. Flop would have ended it nice and quick but still managed to cash in the end

No point coin flipping so early in a DYM though

Good move Phil and well done on cashing.
Once folded you can ignore what happens to the community cards. It doesn't matter anymore.
