add/check/mod player notes from tournament lobby

Sometimes a notable action is on a players exit hand and they are gone from the table before you can make the note. It would be nice if you could click on their name in the lobby and be able to get the notes box.

this is a very good idea or atleast if you have opened the note box and written it should be saved even if they have dissappeared

yea would deffo help must has happen loads to me only a small thing but will make the sites a bit better and everyone whats that.
