NOT HAPPY

I am not happy as I played a £3.30 DYM and lost that was not the problem I had a pop up up on my screen that I thought was for the DYM I had just played so I clicked ok and it entered me in to another £3.30 DYM which I did not want to play when I clicked cancel there was only 2 players registered 1 was my self and the other was another player it then took over 1 minute to launch the table which I did not want to play with over 1 minute until the table was full should be plenty of time to cancel the table so I am now down £3.30 to say I am not happy is an under statement I know £3.30 is not much to some but when you are starting out it is especially when you click cancel in plenty of time

    speak to customer services. if there was only 2 people registered it sounds like something was wrong as they do not fill up that fast.

    Try contacting Customer Care via the Contact us link at the bottom of the page.

    Explain you are a new player and what happened and they willl hopefully be able to help you.

    Surely if u played the dym u cant get ya money back as its a no lose situation if u sat out thru the whold dym and didnt play a ahnd then i understand

    Obv pressing ok is his own fault, but surely he should be able to unreg if table hasnt filled up

    I think he means he pressed cancel but by the time it refreshed it was too late...........I have noticed this before when trying to reg....the lobby says 2players and you try to reg...by the time it refreshes the game is full so you have to try the next one.....it's a lag problem IMO..dave

    It's an understandable mistake, and one I have made more than once.  Lot's of programs as us to click "OK" to exit.

    I can understand why Sky want people to have the invitation to go straight back to another game, and I can understand why some players might want it there too.  But there should be an option to switch it on or off depending on your preference.
