Am I fine to just be in c/f mode from turn onwards? Any arguement for firing a 2nd barrel? Any other thoughts on the hand before that, like 3bet size, whether I should 3bet, whether I should c-bet, c-bet size etc?

I don't play cash BUT... 

Am I fine to just be in c/f mode from turn onwards?   YES!

Any arguement for firing a 2nd barrel?  NO 

Any other thoughts on the hand before that,  YES!  

Even I'm not convinced you've got a good hand with a half pot bet on the flop!

Well with it being a 3bet pot, and him only having 100BB, I know I'm not gonna struggle to get his money in the middle if he's got something (and I wanna get it in), so this is probably the same size bet I'd make with a flopped set, J8, AJ, 9T, 9s, Ts, and Qs+

I raise bigger pre - make it like £1-£1.10 total.

Yh I'm never firing 2 barrels here. Sigh. Give up. Sigh.

Not firing one barrell usually v anyone that can play. Do people really fold to cbets on that board. Turn is bad barrell card but I prob barrell if I bet flop

I'd be tempted to call river, but it's tough comment on this hand readless

if oppo is station then just give up


without reads on oppo, it's difficult

As stated previously, 3bet much bigger pre as you are oop. I think £1.05 or so would be good. However, If you think the player is a station and won't be folding to cbets then I don't even mind just check folding flop. You are oop and if he calls you have to give up on so many turns.
