8NL - Thoughts please on how I played KK?

Obviuosly ignore the guy with the set because his stack is pretty much meaningless anyway. The fact I didn't quite put him all in on the turn was an accident due to bad maths but don't think it makes a huge difference when he has 18p behind. Fine to just get it in on the turn when it's getting a bit drawy?

I'm expecting lots of comments just saying 'standard', 'cooler' etc, but I wanted to double check A) about the line I take on the times he doesn't have AT and sometimes people (me included) jump too quickly to the conclusion a hand is a cooler.

I don't want him to fold the turn obv, but as I say, I'm thinking about KK on these kinda boards in general, regardless of what he had this time.
