Flat pre readless. Why are you 3betting? 

Reads would be nice. I prob check back turn. That river lead looks like its for value to me, think he can have overpairs sometimes as well as hands you mention, prob fold

Well the FHs are ... 22, 44, 88, 23, 34, 38.

I doubt either call pre with 23, 34, or 38 (but reads could disagree with this). Even if they did call, I'd be suprised if they didn't raise with 2pr on the flop or a FH on the turn and also be surprised if they C/C flop with bottom pr, bottom kicker (23).

So that leaves 22, 44 and 88. All are reasonable to call pre, but I very much doubt 22 would continue to the river, and I think 44 and 88 would have raised either the flop or turn.

To answer gran torino i changed my style to lil more aggro in position i do raise up a fair bit as alot of time they check fold

Playing aggro in position is fine, why do you think 99 is a good hand to do it with? Are you folding to a 4bet?

If your plan is to make them fold pre or on flop then you don't need to bluff a hand as strong as 99

i do it because im in position and if it comes high cards without hitting my 9 as i 3 bet pre i can rep so much on a a rag flop rep the ace as i rep the pre f i just call i am just sset mining really and if it comes paint paint rag i fold but as i reraised pre on a paint paint rag flop usually goes check check i bet they both fold so i palying more aggro lately

But you need reads on they're 3bet calling ranges surely. What if they only call 3bets with paint and big aces, and won't let go post flop, so you end up value towning yourself?

EDIT: You don't HAVE to just set-mine if you call pre. Surely medium PPs wouldn't be the only hand you ever flat pre?

Lol Yeah I talk to him, I hear you're... out of the box lol. Just remember, don't try so hard to be like Dwan, you don't always have to be making hero calls, 'making moves' and making great laydowns. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.

I meant you seem to avoid playing ABC just for the sake of it, just because you don't wanna be 'boring and like the other grinders'. Just seems like sometimes you do things without really knowing why you do them/if your reasoning is actually based on solid info.

I don't think anyone mentions range merging on here, and equity is basically a fancy way of saying your (or their) chance of winning, you do wanna be a favourite to win, right? lol.

No mate, that doesn't need to mean you are doing something right. Everybody can go on a heater. Lambert is right, without reads this is a straight forward call pre. You seem to have no idea whether you are going it is a bluff or for value, which is just going to lead to very tricky spots post flop.
