Which can run faster? a duck or a pigeon?

any ideas?

MY MISSUS USE TO WORK IN AN OLD PEOPLES HOME THAT HAD A DUCK POND AND SHE RECONED THAT IF ONE CAME INSIDE THE WERE ABBSOLUTE F*****S TO CATCH

There is a breed of duck called 'the indian runner duck' they run and dont waddle and can reach very fast speeds, pigeons however will only walk and do a couple of hops before flying so this is a poor competition, maybe it would have been better to compare the duck with say a turkey.

My dad owns some indian runner ducks, proper weird looking things, as scrawny as Peter Crouch with weird looking beaks. They can run faster than Crouch though, but he's pulled Abi Clancy so you win some, you lose some.
