    Daniel Brown moved his last 55,000 into the middle and was called by Paulo Nunes. Brown: Jh7d Nunes: 3d3s Brown took the lead on the flop when it fell 4cJsTd, and when the Jd landed on the turn, Brown's shot at doubling up looked likely. However, when the river peeled the 3c Brown was sent packing thanks to Nunes' rivered full house.


    Great performance, vwd Dan. I make that a cash of $11k, very nice! Again, it looks like Tikay's struggle to read the cards was unsuccessful, as PokerNews report that the flop was 4JT, not KJT. Not to worry!

    You got me - yeah, I probably had a misread.

    I'm not entirely sure on this, but it may not have been my first ever misread........

    Well done Dan. Like the rest of the Sky Poker community I am extremely proud of what you have achieved today. Sky Poker may be small in comparison to all the other sites but how many of those can field such a small team and return with such fantastic results?

    Oh my goodness, what a lovely Thread this has become. And why? Because it's OUR thread, all of us, we all made it what it is, & Dan is one of us.

    Dan is gonna freak out when he sees this!

    OK, I better go do some work, I plan to do a better Blog today, maybe two, with a bunch of photographs.

    Hard to imagine, but it's 8.30 in the Evening in the UK, & we're just out of bed here!

    And don't forget Thursday is Five-00 night. Try & Satellite in - it's the Pros way.

    Hi Dan,
    firstly, congratulations on your effort in the tourny.
    I've been watching the film clips and you come across as a very down to earth, nice bloke, so hope this is the start of many good things to come.

    Tikay!......my OH seems to think that you're the best thing since sliced bread (can't imagine why lol).

    I was a guest player on the bounty hunter the other night (thx again btw Sky!) and she insisted that I ask young  Mr Orford when you were coming back....she misses your wit, charm and banter....apparently!
