Looking back on this I think it's a terrible bad call over time, but how often am I ahead considering the pot has built up. Is this a spot where he could be bluffing?

The other player again is a reg, normally plays 50nl and shows me quite a bit of respect.

I probs bet bigger ott. Was thinking you should check but then I thought if they have anything strong theyre raising it otf, i.e. sets or 2p, but you likely have so many outs ott it makes it ok imo. 

I think it's flush over flush otr. There aren't that many combinations of flushes left that you beat. Difficult to fold but I do actually think it'd be a good fold. I just don't think you beat enough of his range
