This really annoys me and tilts me in games

I seen this alot lately say im small blind and guy is big blind he delibrately clicks im away as ya do u try n steal the blind as hes away but hes not he done it on purpose to get a raise from u then they shove u have to sigh fold u have to watch out for these people theres a few on there that delibrately sit out so u try n steal the blind and they raise over the top

It shows that by being aggressive yourself can sometimes solve issues you come across at the table. Would have been funnier if Negreanu sprinted into shot, admittedly, but the point is when people are getting funky with you, sometimes you just have to jam it in their eye to 'keep them in line'.

I guess (to answer my own question) reshoving is when the villain folds and tilting is when he calls your all-in with pocket aces!
