Need help with bet sizing in these situations...

I learnt poker through playing tournaments for years and am used to playing smaller stacks although I have played cash for a couple of years now I still much more comfortable in a tournament than deep in a cash game like the situation below.

I won the hand, but I never really know how much to bet. I always want to get the players full stack (Tournament mentality) but I get worried people will outdraw me and I can't fold the hand.

By the time I got to the turn the pot had got so big I felt any bet and I couldn't fold, so I just shipped. Was this a good idea? Is the only hand I'm beating thta calls here KK? What other options have I got? and should I have bet less on the flop?

I prob bet less on the flop as its so dry give him a chance to do something crazy bet like 11.  Bet small again on the turn and you still can jam the river.

I also think your four-bet pre-flop is too big. If I read correctly you raise 3x to £1.20 he 3-bets to £3.60 and you 4-bet to £10.80. Wouldn't a normal 4-bet size be around £8? Giving the impression that you might be 4-betting light. Or do you never 4-bet light so you might as well go for value and hope he has KK

think 4b size is ok considering they are deep and we are oop, flop bet definately too big, i think you can just 1/2p each street to get stacks in
