Didn't play the TKO round 1 tonight myself as I fancied the casino instead, so my understudy eventually played, after not knowing that sky poker was internet browser dependant and not downloaded to my desktop LOL
So here it goes....
Where to start after tonight? Went to the casino in town for a deepstack tournament, £30 and £3 reg fee, had 83 runners with 8 places being payed and first prize £1010, was going ok when on the dealer button I look down to see AA, one raiser before me so I slow play it, another caller, flop comes 2, 10, A rainbow, first person to act bets 1k other person calls so do I, turn is a 7 same person bets other person calls I 3 bet it, first person calls other person folds, river shows a 6, rainbow board he bets 3k, I have about 6k left, I push all in he calls with, guess? qj of spades so I get moved, my nan is playing and she in turn gets moved onto my table, she gets put in front of me so I have position on her, I have QQ and raise 4 x bb, one caller flop comes 10 10 J I bet enough to put the caller all in, he insta calls me with A10 my hand doesn't improve, so I lose about 5/6 of my stack and back down to 7k. I got back up to 17k when on my nans bb I look down at 99, one all in, about 1k over bb, and another person went all in, only had about 2k so she called and me, flop comes 10 2 9, i check she checks turn is a 8 i check she checks river is a 3 i bet 4k she calls and shows trip 8s, perhaps family friendly but I couldn't be harsh as she was giving me a lift home! so got back up to about 28k, goes on blinds are 3,000/6000 and 6 people sat on table, I look down to 66 one before button, I raise all in about 30k and bb calls with AQ, he doesn't hit anything and I double up, then 11 people are left and I got KQ suited, blinds are 4,000/8,000 I raise it up to 25K sb raises all in to 40K I call reluctantly and he shows KJ, K on flop and I take it with my Q kicker So gets to the final table with about 100K and blinds at 4000/8000 and 3rd hand in I get AK, bloke acting before me pushes all in for 30K I call he shows A2, first card and last cards a 2 to give him trips and beat me so I am down to about 65K so one person goes, meaning I definitely get paid, so in my bb I look down at QQ, first person to act after me pushes for 79K, I got about 100K again after some bullying, so nobody calls until it gets to me, I do, the other person turns over A10, memories come flashing back from earlier BUT it held up for me this time and I got about 185K and second in chips, takes about one and a half hours for another 3 players to go, then 4 handed I have 10 7 in small blind, no callers so I call bb and he checks, flop comes 3, 6, 7, I bet bb pushes all in, I call feeling I am winning, he shows 6,2 and I win with two pairs and go up to about 320K, 3 handed I am BB and SB pushes I look down at A10 of spades, so I call he has A7, my 10 on flop crushes him and I win the pot, getting about 4/1 chip lead heads up, three hands in I look down at AQ my opponent pushes and I insta call him, he shows 7 5 off and my Q pairs on the flop, with me winning the hand and the tournament!!!!! To say I am chuffed is an understatement my biggest win in poker so far and to do it live was amazing.

was back in the house by half 9 and played £1250 bounty and went out 1st hand with kings.. 2 others all in... kj +jj
the kj hits a flush when 4 clubs came on board..
not a good night!! as my sky bankroll is zero and i dont get paid till next friday.. im looking forward to the tko leg 2!!

there is a poker tourney on every night
monday = £20+£2 double chance (2k chips but you can get a top up of 2k whenever you want) i leave mine till im low but some ppl get them str8 away
tuesday = £30+£3 deepstack (my fav) usually 80-110 runners
wednesday = £30 + £3 double stack
thursday = £10+£1 rebuy
friday = £30 + £3 +(£5 bounty) so £38... get other people £5 if you knock them out!!
there are also games on weekend but i dont play them so not really sure what they are sorry

The £30 deepstack is every tuesday, imo it is the best tournament with the players it generates, although there is a £10 rebuy on a thursday that one has always been crazy when I have entered.
I am unsure what to do next tuesday tbh, I would like to enter it again but really want to play in the tko match. decisions decisions
