This is 2 days in a row iv lost a decent pot today £100 yesterday was £130 and both on crazy percentages.  Dunno what he thought i had when i donethat move i think i fold if its the other way round, his only beating k10/q10.  4 outs on turn and river.  What annoys me is that i will never get this luck......becase ill never be that far behide and if i am then i deserve to lose......frustrating

Losing £100 @ 50NL is 100% standard, and there's something wrong with yuo if that ISN'T happening.

This is why imo you should play lower stakes, doesn't have to be 4NL, but losing 1 pot shouldn't hurt. If you'd lost 10+ like this in a short space of time... fine you could be annoyed (although it won't help), but 2 in 2 days, is nothing.
