I know it's the old how long is a piece of string etc.
But hypothetically, let's assume the seats were not to sell out via satellites, when do you think they would become open for direct buyin? Last week of December?
I only ask, because I just do terrible at satellites, so I'm thinking of just doing my own form of satellite by just spinning up the £110 from the games I already beat.

You can scratch everything I've said above. I got in from work today and loaded up the £5.20 Micro sat just after 6pm, only 1 seat going and I took it down. So I was in the Semi tonight, got 12 runners by the end of late reg so only 2 seats and I managed to bink one of them!!
The first time I've ever qualified (I've always bought in direct in the past), so I'm so happy!!
So got my £110 seat for £5.20... in your words that's pretty siiiick!
**BONUS BRAG**
I technically got my seat for free because last night I played a £5.20 and bubbled for £19.20 so I've made a profit all in all!
For all my @Sky_Poker followers (both of you)***Breaking sad news*** I'll be at SPT Luton! Hosting not playing though, so should last longer than 20 mins #spt
How is your wife's laptop/PC still in one piece!!!
I remember I bubbled 3 Semis for Brighton earlier in the year and thought that was awful, and they weren't even consecutive nights but this is jsut ridiculous.

Nice one Paul, made up for you. Now go to Luton and take it down (be a proper brag then) Make sure you get your forum ambassidor's badge and wear it with pride. If they don't do an ambassidor's badge, SKY SORT IT and give it to Paul.
Based on past experience, the seats will be in huge demand in the week leading up to the Event, which takes place on December 8th, & will all be gone before the big day.
The "legend" that is ChompyIMO registered yesterday, & Posted elsewhere that he is "going to crush hoggers". Hmm, no comment.
Mr Chompy is well worth meeting. He was author of a book on horse racing, & wrote for the Racing Post for many years. These days, he is a full time punter, & he specialises in Reality TV Shows such as Big Brother, SCD, X-Factor & the like. You could not make it up, could you?
He also ridicules hoggers for his fashion sense. The photo below is Chompy, not hoggers.

Still only 42 runners for this.

These players don't have to worry, mind......
Direct Buy-Ins are now available, this was from midday yesterday I think, & resulted in an immediate jump in numbers, we now have 51 runners.
